The food here is quite authentic French. The pumpkin soup tastes pretty good. I am also quite satisfied with the environment. It is more suitable for couples to dine here. There are a few vegetables, but overall I think it is good.

The more distinctive feature is the bluefin tuna chin, and the live-killed salmon sashimi (in fact, it is a bit cruel, I can&#39;t eat half of it...). Raw tender beef is Australian S-class beef, the surface is slightly roasted, the taste is fresh and tender. A lucky secret sushi rice is also one of the recommended dishes. Use no less than 6 kinds of seafood, 6 kinds of vegetables and sushi rice cooking together, rich taste. The cold noodles of buckwheat are very authentic, the sauce is adjusted, eaten in an ice bowl, cool and cold, and it is suitable for summer!

The soba cold noodles are very authentic, the sauce is well-seasoned, and it is served in an ice bowl. It is cool and refreshing, and it is perfect for summer!

A good crab restaurant in the central district of Sapporo. It is now well-known and is often reserved by Chinese and Korean people. Generally, reservations are required in advance. The taste is really good. I still want to have a try every time I go to Sapporo.
